Cave Kettle was designed to make true bone broth with maximum nutrient extraction in a minimal time frame.
The world’s first purpose built Bone Broth brewing machine. Make real bone broth with about 1 minute of prep time – no stirring, attention, or soaking needed.
Bone broth has been around for a long time, but the health benefits it can bring have only been discovered recently. Naturally, large companies have been getting into the space and filling shelves with offerings to fill this need. Pre-packaged broths are legion and loaded with preservatives (they have to be!). They are primarily water mixed with bouillon concentrate, lacking proteins, minerals, and nutrients that you come from true bone broth.
Broth is typically made by slowly brewing bones in hot water for a long period of time – this is not a sophisticated process. It has traditionally been made as the base for communal soups, requiring a large audience and a long time to brew. The Cave Kettle is designed to replicate this process, but for much smaller groups. The guts of the Cave Kettle are stainless steel with a propeller shaft that gently stirs and then periodically rearranges the bones you add.
That’s a key point: “bones you add”. That means you can use grass fed beef bones and whatever ingredients you source. You can keep it local with nose to tail eating. Pre-cut bones of many types are easily found at your local butcher or grocery store.
