Allie’s is an untraditional story. She was not exactly a trained professional chef who aspired her whole life to have a restaurant or bakery. She could barely turn on an electric mixer – until of course she realized that her own childhood food intolerances had been passed on to her two children. Frustrated with the dietary dilemmas and party problems that those with nutritional limits face like, “Dylan can’t have the cake, she is gluten-free” and “Is there anything else? Joey can’t have pizza, he has a dairy allergy,” Allie started her own specialty bakery.
After testing countless recipes (Allie’s boasts the ONLY gluten-free pumpernickel bagels on the planet,) Allie has perfected melt-in-your-mouth desserts and baked goods that are free of the common allergens. While a growing number of consumers are prohibited from enjoying the best and yummiest parts of life, Allie’s mission is to step in and make her certified gluten-free and nut-free bakery world more inclusive.

Allie offers her human touch in everything she does. Her products are always baked in small batches and are never mass produced. “The most satisfying part of my work is when a child walks into the bakery looking sad and defeated, and their eyes light up because they can choose anything they want off the menu,” says Allie.
